Walk in the Rain

What I love about rain...
  When you walk in it,
 you can cry and no one can tell.

You can let the tears fall down your face
  And no one will wonder why they fall

They'll look like raindrops floating down.
  That have dripped on your head.

Walking in the rain means
  I can cry and feel anything I want,

 And no one will ask me why.

This is the only thing that makes the constant rain worthwhile

With A Smile

I'll walk through Hell with a smile
  I'll remember who is with me
    I'll remember that things get better
      I'll remember that life isn't everything that is at this moment
        I'll remember that this isn't going to be forever
 
        I'll stay strong
          I'll cry my eyes out
            I'll make it through with scars
              I'll live.
                I'll survive.
                  I'll walk through Hell with a smile


    And the Devil can't do anything to stop me.

I wrote this as I sat thinking about adversity and hard times. It's always easier when you can find a silver lining. If you can smile through your trials in life, the Devil will have a harder time dragging you down. Enjoy:)
